Built for CA firms

Your client's supplier did not file. Find out before the 20th.

Import GSTR-2B and the purchase register for every client GSTIN, see the input tax credit at risk in rupees per vendor, and chase the non-filers in your client's name — from one screen, for the whole practice.

  • 14-day trial
  • No card required
  • Cancel any time

One period, reconciled: matched, mismatched, and missing from 2B — priced. Sample data, for illustration.

1,84,320

of credit at risk in the 12-invoice sample register in the demo below. Run it yourself.

How it works

Three uploads and the exception list is priced

No portal integration to wait for. Drop in the 2B JSON you already download and the register your client already exports.

  1. 01

    Upload 2B and the register

The GSTR-2B JSON straight from the portal, and the purchase register as XLSX or CSV from Tally, Zoho, Busy or Marg. Headers are detected and mapped once per accounting package, then reused.

  2. 02

    Reconcile in four passes

Exact, date-tolerant, amount-tolerant, then remainder. Credit notes are sign-normalised, amendments override originals, and every pass is deterministic — the same files always produce the same list.

  3. 03

    Chase the vendors, then report

Group what is missing by vendor, send a templated nudge from your client's name and reply-to, or open WhatsApp with the message ready. Finish with a PDF your client can read.

Features

The boring parts of ITC, done properly

Paise-accurate integers, a matcher with no randomness in it, and statutory dates computed in Asia/Kolkata rather than in the browser's timezone.

  • A matcher you can defend in a review

Four ordered passes — exact document number, date-tolerant, amount-tolerant within ±₹1 and seven days, then the remainder. Pure, versioned and unit tested, so a disputed line can be reproduced instead of argued about.

  • Registers that arrive the way they really do

Header rows buried under a title block, dd-mm-yyyy next to Excel serial numbers, amounts with commas and rupee signs. Invalid GSTINs are reported as errors with their row number, never silently dropped.

  • Credit at risk, in rupees

Every invoice missing from 2B is priced at IGST plus CGST plus SGST plus cess, and every value mismatch where the books exceed 2B adds its difference. One number per client, one per vendor.

  • Nudges in your client's name

Three escalating templates sent through Resend with the client as the sender name and their address as reply-to, plus WhatsApp click-to-chat links for the vendors who only answer there.

  • Vendor scorecards across the firm

A monthly job scores every vendor on how often they file late, across every client in the practice. Onboard a new client and you already know which of their suppliers will be a problem.

  • Deadlines that know QRMP

Monthly filers get the 20th; QRMP filers get the 22nd or the 24th depending on their state category. Countdowns and the 15th and 18th reminder emails are computed in Asia/Kolkata.

  • Imports that survive a fifty-thousand-row file

Parsing and matching run as leased background jobs that checkpoint every thousand rows, so a timeout resumes where it stopped and the period page shows real progress.

  • A report the client actually reads

One PDF per client per period: credit claimed, credit at risk, credit recovered after last month's nudges, the vendor table, and the actions left. Stored in your workspace and optionally emailed.

  • Row-level security per workspace

Every table carries org_id with a Postgres policy behind it, uploaded files sit under your workspace prefix, and background jobs run as a role that cannot bypass either.
