Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Syahi Technologies LLP covering your use of ITC Chase: what we owe you, what you owe us, and how either side can end it.

Effective
10 September 2026
Entity
Syahi Technologies LLP

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between Syahi Technologies LLP and the entity or person who creates a workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace or using ITC Chase you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

ITC Chase is provided as a hosted subscription. We may change features, and we will not remove a materially relied-upon feature from a paid plan without at least 30 days’ notice to workspace owners.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the actions of every member you invite.
  • Owners and admins can change workspace data and billing; members have read access. Roles are enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
  • One person may belong to several workspaces. Data is never shared between workspaces.

4. Trial

Every new workspace gets 14 days of the trial plan with full functionality and no card. When the trial ends without a plan, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted at that point and you can still export.

5. Fees, billing and taxes

  • Workspaces in India are billed in INR through Razorpay; all others in USD through Stripe. The workspace country decides this and can only be changed while no subscription is live.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Annual billing is charged in advance for twelve months at the price of ten.
  • Prices exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect GST, VAT or a sales tax, it is added at checkout.
  • Failed payments are retried by the payment provider. We will email the workspace owner. Access continues during the retry window and stops if the provider abandons collection.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

6. Your data

You keep all rights in the content you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train models or to build a product for anyone else. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have the right to process;
  • attempt to access another workspace’s data, probe our infrastructure, or bypass rate limits and plan limits;
  • resell the service without a written agreement;
  • use the service to send unsolicited bulk email;
  • upload malware, or files intended to exploit a parser.

We may suspend a workspace that is actively harming the service or other customers, and we will tell you why.

8. Plan limits

Each plan carries limits that are enforced on the server. Reaching one blocks the action with a message naming the limit and your current usage; it never deletes data and never makes existing data unreadable.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-service plans. Support is by email to hello@syahi.sh, answered on working days in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where it will cause downtime.

10. Third-party services

ITC Chase integrates with third parties listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability and conduct are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. ITC Chase produces working documents and calculations; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and a qualified professional should review anything you file or rely on. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may terminate for a material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice. On termination we keep your workspace readable for 30 days so you can export, then delete it on request or in the ordinary course.

13. Changes to these terms

We will post revisions here with a new effective date and email workspace owners before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a revision, cancel before it applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
